I cant remember how long ago I woke up and hired Michael Brodsky to take care of a speeding ticket for me. I have a lead foot and Mr. Brodsky has helped me eliminate the ill effects of such a problem reliably 100% of the time. The worst I’ve received was a non-moving violation, which of course, does not affect your insurance. I dont even bother trying to fight a speeding ticket or go to court any longer. I simply email my citation to Mr. Brodsky’s office, pay the nominal fee and its done. I highly recommend Mr. Brodsky’s services and refer him out to anyone I hear that needs such a service. As a mom of a new driver, whose child didn’t quite believe “it could happen to me”, I wanted to hold my child accountable for the two tickets received in the first month of driving, but couldn’t afford the long term insurance and social costs associated with the two dumb risks my child took as a new driver. i got a speeding ticket for $225. i talked to michael’s secretary for less then 10 minutes on the phone, paid her with credit card a one time $250 fee. today (about 2 months later) i got an e-mail saying he had contested it in court and got the ticket dismissed. will save me money in the long run on insurance. glad i picked the right guy off the internet and would recommend him to anyone. thanks for the help. i hope there is no next time…….but will remember you just in case.

While rushing a sick pet to the vet I was stopped and issued a citation in my personal vehicle. This is the second case that Michael has handled for me and both were resolved to my benefit with and completed exactly the way Michael had explained on our first calls. I recommend him highly and would never go anywhere else.

I explained my situation and he told me the likely outcome, which was a dismissal in regards to a speeding ticket that was issued. Some time later, comes the court date and shortly after, an email explaining the very outcome he anticipated, a dismissal. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Michael got my ticket dismissed. I thought there was no way around this one but I thought why not try. I got a ticket during one of the Whatcom County Sheriffs “stings” with a plain clothed deputy on the corner radioing the other hidden deputies about cars he thinks he saw on a cell phone and gets them a ticket. I don’t know how he does it but he’s definitely great at what he does. He will be the first I go to if I ever happen to get another ticket. I was in an automobile accident in August, I didn’t get hurt but my new to me camper van was pretty much destroyed. Not my fault but the Whatcom County Sheriff who showed up 2 hrs after the accident decided against me and gave me a ticket, the kid who hit me got off and my insurance co. cancelled my policy. I contested but just before my court date I decided to get a lawyer and for a very reasonable flat fee Michael got the ticket dismissed yesterday, he showed up at court twice for me and I did not have to go to either of those court dates…I am now about to call my insurance co. to let them know. If you should ever have an incident where you need a lawyer, he’s your man.

I had an unfortunate accident where a gravel truck hit my farm truck broadside, totalling the gravel truck. As my farm truck is seldom used the plates and insurance were expired. Due to the event I got 3 tickets, expired tabs, no insurance, and failure to stop. Michael was able to negotiate and convert 2 of the tickets from moving violations to parking offenses and get the insurance ticket dropped. This cut the fines by 60% and changed the offenses to non moving violations which will not be reported to my insurance company and do not stay on my driving record. A few months ago I was pulled over and issued a gross misdemeanor citation that had extenuating circumstances that I felt would have a case to fight the ticket. As the court date drew nearer I was worried about being able to properly explain in court. I sent an email to Michael’s office and within 10 minutes had a response. I cant remember how long ago I woke up and hired Michael Brodsky to take care of a speeding ticket for me. I have a lead foot and Mr. Brodsky has helped me eliminate the ill effects of such a problem reliably 100% of the time. The worst I’ve received was a non-moving violation, which of course, does not affect your insurance. I dont even bother trying to fight a speeding ticket or go to court any longer. i got a speeding ticket for $225. i talked to michael’s secretary for less then 10 minutes on the phone, paid her with credit card a one time $250 fee. today (about 2 months later) i got an e-mail saying he had contested it in court and got the ticket dismissed. will save me money in the long run on insurance. glad i picked the right guy off the internet and would recommend him to anyone. thanks for the help. i hope there is no next time…….but will remember you just in case.

While rushing a sick pet to the vet I was stopped and issued a citation in my personal vehicle. This is the second case that Michael has handled for me and both were resolved to my benefit with and completed exactly the way Michael had explained on our first calls. I recommend him highly and would never go anywhere else.

I explained my situation and he told me the likely outcome, which was a dismissal in regards to a speeding ticket that was issued. Some time later, comes the court date and shortly after, an email explaining the very outcome he anticipated, a dismissal. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Michael got my ticket dismissed. I thought there was no way around this one but I thought why not try. I got a ticket during one of the Whatcom County Sheriffs “stings” with a plain clothed deputy on the corner radioing the other hidden deputies about cars he thinks he saw on a cell phone and gets them a ticket. I was in an automobile accident in August, I didn’t get hurt but my new to me camper van was pretty much destroyed. Not my fault but the Whatcom County Sheriff who showed up 2 hrs after the accident decided against me and gave me a ticket, the kid who hit me got off and my insurance co. cancelled my policy. I contested but just before my court date I decided to get a lawyer and for a very reasonable flat fee Michael got the ticket dismissed yesterday, he showed up at court twice for me and I did not have to go to either of those court dates…I am now about to call my insurance co. to let them know. If you should ever have an incident where you need a lawyer, he’s your man.
